Family Support Group
Death impacts the whole family, therefore the whole family attends age appropriate groups to learn share and heal. HHP enrolls 12 to 15 families in each family class. The family program has two program cycles annually (January – May and August – December).
Journey Support Group
"Journey" is a support group with adults who have experience a spouse loss or adult child loss. Journey meets twice monthly.
6 Tuesdays
6 Tuesdays is an open support group for high school teens grade 9 thru 12. This group utilizes art, music, and journaling as expressive outlets for teen grief. 6 Tuesdays meets twice monthly.
Heartprints Support Group
The death of an infant impacts parents and grandparents at the deepest level. "Heartprints" provides the support, sharing, and encouragement needed by young families.
Triad Counseling & Support
Military families who have served in Iraq or Afghanistan can participate in support groups and counseling services.
Counseling & Trauma Services
Masters level counseling is provided for children and families who have experienced a sudden or traumatic loss. Scheduling will be determined by the counselor and family.
